Top 5 Wednesday - Worst Love Interests - 24th February 2016

Hello so the day i am writing this is actually 7th February because i am pre doing all of my posts that can be pre done because i am so busy this month doing too much to even think about and luckily enough when i planned each T5W post they were all really easy and i really enjoyed doing them, so lets get started ...

So this is all about the characters that you didn't ship the worst love interests was actually pretty difficult, well more difficult than i was expecting but i did manage to find 5 so lets get started ....

5. Rowan - Thrones of Glass Series - Sarah J Maas

I ship Celaena and Kahol and because of that i just really don't like Rowan at all he's smarmy and annoying.

4. Jase - Shifters Series - Rachel Vincent

Again like Rowan i just couldn't see him with the female he was put with at all, for me they just didn't click at all and i just really want him to find someone who fits him. (the lions share oh i love that book)

3. Josh - Gallagher Girl Series - Ally Carter

Josh doesn't belong in Cammie's world so that was the biggest point against him, it never would have lasted because of all the lies she had to tel to keep everything a secret and also they didn't click like that feeling when two characters meet and you can just feel that this is going to be an amazing adventure.

2. Nan - Take a Chance - Abbi Glines

Now i cannot wait for Nan's own book but in this one she was the worst love interest i mean what in god's green earth was grant thinking she was a f*****g nut case, but i really do hope she gets her happy ending with everything she has gone through in her life.

1. George Wickham - Pride & Prejudice - Jane Austen

What can i say about George Wickham as a villain he was brilliant but as a love interest he was smarmy and sly and he slithered about so much you would think he was in slytherin, he is manipulative and trying to get two 15 year old girls to marry you also a paedophile if he was living in today's society.

The Women of the Cousins War

Why I Love This Author

So i know Philippa Gregory is not historically accurate at all and it does frustrate me, but her books are so addicting that i just look over my frustrating hate of things not being historically correct. But like i said she has a way of making you connect to all of these characters that you only just meet and also she gives voices to those in English/British history that never really got a voice and gave them one and made sure they were heard, Gregory's writing has captured the attention of the world her writing and scene setting are in a class of their own in historical fiction and i will also say her book will make you want to research the story behind and you will find a lot of things different but the core of it is all the same its about the Woman behind the Men and how they got to where they end up with a few embellishments here and there.

If you could steal things from dreams, what would you take?
Ronan Lynch has secrets. Some he keeps from others. Some he keeps from himself.
One secret: Ronan can bring things out of his dreams.
And sometimes he's not the only one who wants those things.
Ronan is one of the raven boys—a group of friends, practically brothers, searching for a dead king named Glendower, who they think is hidden somewhere in the hills by their elite private school, Aglionby Academy. The path to Glendower has long lived as an undercurrent beneath town. But now, like Ronan's secrets, it is beginning to rise to the surface—changing everything in its wake.

I can honestly say i really didn't enjoy this book, i had such high expectations after the first book and this completely let me down, i couldn't get into it at all, i don't remember a thing about this book and i finished it a hour ago , i didn't connect with the story or the characters even though they are the same characters as last time. i don't know if it was me or it was the writing style because sometimes especially when it comes to Authors like Stiefvater i just cannot get into at least one of their books.

It was very confusing as well i couldn't follow the story line and also i believe it may have also been that i read some pretty negative reviews about this book and thought that it cant be right because the first book was so good but i agree it will probably be my least favourite in the series like most other reviews i have read.

I really hope the next book is better because i just couldn't take anything in, I have no idea what happened in this book but i forced myself to get through it and i shouldn't have because i feel like if i had taken my time i would have maybe been able to make more sense of it.

All i can say is, it cannot get any worse than this right now (well it could but i wouldn't like to think like that) so its got to be up hill from here and i cannot wait to read the next book so i can get back to loving this series.

Until Next Time
Happy Reading

Totally Didn't Book Tag

Hi so this tag is a lot like last weeks tag but instead of a book should've had something this times its what they didn't need to have (i don't think that made any sense) some questions are repeated but i will give different answers so its not just the same post, so lets get started .....

Totally Didn't Need to have a Sequel/Sequels...

Untamed - P.C & Kristen Cast - House of Night #4

From this book onwards the story just got stupid really it could have been a 4 book series and pretty much everybody would be happy.

Totally Didn't Need To Have More Than One POV...

None, so far i have been OK with most dual POVS

Totally Didn't Need To Change Cover Art Through The Middle Of The Series ...

Sea Breeze - Abbi Glines

Now i know the Americans and Canadians didn't get this problem but us in the UK and Australia and anywhere else I'm forgetting to mention we had lovely covers where you couldn't tell that it was a romance book the kind of covers you can read on a train and people not look at you funny, then they changed and became more like the US covers and now i cannot take them outside of my house.

Totally Didn't Need A Love Triangle ...

The Selection Series - Kiera Cass

This was always going to be a no brainer, Maxon was always end game the love triangle just pissed a lot of readers off. Myself included.

Totally Didn't Need This Book To Be Included In This Series ....

I'd Tell You I Love You, But I'd Have To Kill You - Ally Carter - Gallagher Girls Series

Really this series for me started on Book 2 and this book is my least favourite in the series but every book after it is so amazing and brilliant i really can give or take this book it bores me.

Totally Didn't Need A Cliffhanger ....

Clockwork Prince - Cassandra Clare - Infernal Devices

I mean its not that much of a cliffhanger the whole Cecily showing up but it really didn't have to end at that because that shouldn't be a cliffhanger.

Totally Didn't Need To Have Just One POV...

Flawed - Cecelia Ahern

Now i cannot say too much about this book since its not even out yet but it would have been really good to see certain scenes from another perspective and here what others think of the situation.

Totally Didn't Need That Much Hype ...

Eleanor & Park - Rainbow Rowell

I honestly didn't like this book, and i still cant understand why so many people hyped about it. I loved fangirl 10 times better.

Totally Didn't Need A Relative Book Reference (EG. Hunger Games Fans Would Love)

Blood Read Road - Moira Young

So on the front it has some words from MTV and it says "it will satisfy the cravings of Hunger Games Fans... This Book Will Blow You Away"  I mean does it really need to do that just review a book on its own merit stop comparing them to other popular books because its not far no that book.

Totally Didn't Deserve My Time ...

The November Criminals - Sam Munson

I got this book for review and i couldn't get past 60 pages it was just a terrible book that pretty much condoned drug use and had way too much swearing in it for a YA book.

So That is it for this weeks Tag, i hope you enjoyed

Until Next Time
Happy Reading
