Jonte Williamson has a dream: become Nashville’s next big star. Finding herself unexpectedly homeless hot off the plane wasn’t part of her grand plan.

Cash Bellini is a simple man: he loves his twin sister, Dolly, hates country music, and stays far away from anything more complicated than that.
When Jonte stumbles into Cash’s bar, helping out the homeless country music wannabe is the last thing on his agenda. Pity someone forgot to send the memo to his too-big heart and meddling twin. Throw in a pair of baby blue cowboy boots, a pool table and a splash of tequila, and these two are set to ignite in a hot sexy mess! Will either of their hearts survive the tug-o-war between what they want and what they need?

I requested this book as soon as i read the description, i am a huge fan of country music and the fact that this is a series set in the heart of country music, Nashville, Tennessee i was so excited to start this book and it didn't disappoint.

The story rocked, literally, it was an amazing story from the very first page to the last and i loved the story because its so true to life so many people do it so many people drop everything and move to Nashville to start a career in country music and you meet so many people and find people that you never thought you would end up with in the end. It also wasn't without its angst but it had just the right amount and everything was in balance and it was a brilliant story and i cant wait for the next book in the series and for a debut novel it was truly amazing.

The characters were some of the best in a debut novel i have read in a while, and Jonte (like Bronte but with a J) was such a strong female character she moved halfway round the world and had to stand up to her family and try to live in Nashville when everything goes wrong. Cash is a strong character but in a complacently different way, he goes through so much during the course of this book and we see him grow stronger and stronger and it makes you root for him and his family as well, because with Dolly is twin sister and Nannie it made me so happy, to have a cast of characters that not one of them was bad and they all made the book an experience.

I really can't wait to read the rest of this series and go back to magical setting of Nashville, and delve back into these characters, i really recommend this book it is such an enjoyable read.

Willa can’t erase the bad decisions of her past that led her down the path she’s on now. But she can fight for forgiveness from her family. And she can protect herself by refusing to let anyone else get close to her.

High school quarterback and town golden boy Brady used to be the best of friends with Willa—she even had a crush on him when they were kids. But that’s all changed now: her life choices have made her a different person from the girl he used to know.
Gunner used to be friends with Willa and Brady, too. He too is larger than life and a high school football star—not to mention that his family basically owns the town of Lawton. He loves his life, and doesn’t care about anyone except himself. But Willa is the exception—and he understands the girl she’s become in a way no one else can.
As secrets come to light and hearts are broken, these former childhood friends must face the truth about growing up and falling in love…even if it means losing each other forever.
I actually have two copies of this book i ended up buying this book on my kindle and had the physical book on pre order but that came on the Thursday but i read it on my kindle on the Tuesday. Confused yet, so am i. I am glad i brought this on my kindle because it meant i could read it when it came out and i was so looking forward to this book, but it wasn't as good as the first, this one had a lot more family drama and craziness.

The story in Under The Lights is very different from the first this one was more drama related than the first one which was more about healing and loss, I'm not saying this story is worse because of that but i am saying it doesn't hold up for me emotionally where the first book hit me so hard this was a lot like other YA Contemporaries.
The story flowed well, and it was an extremely enjoyable read one that i devoured in one sitting. I also hope we have seen something for the future because i am 100% sure Riley is going to have a book and hopefully its the next book because i just cant wait to hear her story.

This was a little bit of a love triangle and i have really gone off those, but the characters in the Love triangle Willa, Brady, and Gunner and then we also have Nanna and all of the supporting characters who bring so much be it bad or good every character brought something to the book and that is one thing i love about Glines' books the characters always make the book 10 times better.

I cant wait for the next book, i am guessing it will be out next August since so far both books have been released in August of successive years. and i really hope its about Riley and someone that i cant say because it will spoil the book, but i think that one will definitely go back to the emotional stuff.

The secret Thomas and Travis have kept for a decade will be revealed to the rest of the family, and for the first time the Maddoxes will be at odds. While none of them are strangers to loss, the family has grown, and the risk is higher than ever. With brothers against brothers and wives taking sides, each member will make a choice—let the fear tear them apart, or make them stronger
I am going to give a disclaimer right now this may contain spoilers because it will be extremely difficult to talk about this book without talking about some aspects of it, but i will say if you read this book be prepared to sob uncontrollably .

I read this book in one sitting at midnight when it came out and i finished it and 3:21 am i stopped reading for like 5 minutes to watch Usain Bolt but i couldn't put this book down, i cried a lot during this book but it was such a bittersweet feeling because it was so good to read about these characters again but they aren't the same they all have their own problems i think the only ones who didn't was Tyler and Ellie so it was a bit of a turn around.

The character were the same but different, and that made me smile that at times you could see the old them shine through, i had one problem overall and that was Cami i loved her in Beautiful Oblivion but i actually didn't like her in this book with the way that she was acting, but we had some adorable children and Olive all grown up we also had some Hollis and Alyssa interaction. Jim as always was the strong patriarch and it was a beautiful book that gave these characters a second chance to shine as bright as they were meant to.

When i first started reading, i didn't know if i was going to like it because of how different it was and i felt like it might ruin the future i painted for them in my head, but it didn't i mean even now i am in a bit of denial and will never think about the last couple of chapters as cannon but that's just because i love a happy ending.

If you have read the other books in this series i highly recommend this book because it just wraps everything up and we get Maddox Children, if not read it just for the children because they are so cute. It was worth every single tear i shed at 3 am and i will read this book again and again just like the rest of the series.

Until Next Time
