She becomes betrothed to Prince Louis the second son of The Fat King Louis he was never meant to be King he was set for the church, so when Eleanor believed she would get a warrior, a man who would defend her and her lands but instead she got a monk who would rather spend his nights on his knees praying in Norte Dame than share her bed. She ends up taking matters into her own had and sets her life on a path were when English people look back on her and call her one of the She-Wolves of our history.

The Devils Consort was enjoyable I'm not going to say it was amazing, because it wasn't. There were a lot of parts in this book that were so slow and boring i seriously contemplated not finishing. I pushed through and i will admit it gets a lot better as it goes on, i do recommend this book, but only if you feel like you can push through some pretty slow chapters to begin with. If you are feeling you need some 12th century drama in your life you are going to love this book, i will only suggest you give it a try before you buy get a sample off of Amazon kindle or read the first couple of chapters at the book store.

Until Next Time
Happy Reading
