I am going to start off by saying this book was pretty difficult to get into for me i felt like i did with her other Series, The Wolves of Mercy Falls Series, and i felt like i was never going to get into the book but i highly suggest if you feel that way keep reading because it gets better Stiefvater's writing has a way of pulling you in when you don't even realise it is happening and once you start you cant stop. It took about 65 pages for me to really get into this book.

I actually hadn't heard much about this book when i first picked it up, i had heard that it was good and lots of people raved about it, but never anything about the story line, so it was a really exciting adventure for me to read it that way so i am not really going to mention anything about the story line, but i will say i had no clue where this book was going it had twists and turns galore, so much to look forward too in the rest of the series.

Character wise I'm a bit iffy, i liked Blue but then again i didn't really connect with her in the first half of the book the second half where she was more normal and rebellious (??) she became a more easy character to read. And the boys i definitely have my favourites but like Blue i didn't really connect with any of them, they just seemed odd to me to start with, but like Blue they did grown on me.

The ending to this book wasn't too bad it wasn't to much of a cliffhanger but that is something that i love because it means i don't ruin my TBR and go and read the next book in a series. I really loved this book Maggie Stiefvater's writing has definitely got better over the years, i loved her Wolves of Mercy Falls Series but this is 10 times better which is why despite being a bit difficult to get into i gave this book 5 Flags.

Until Next Time
Happy Reading
